Pluralism is not Enough for Tolerance. Philosophical and Psychological Reflections on Pluralism and Tolerance

The issue of religious tolerance is increasingly raised in a globalized world with societies becoming more and religiously diverse inhomogeneous. Religious can be defined as the practice accepting others acting accordance their belief system. Philosophers have recently begun to study thoroughly relationship between pluralism (in)tolerance main focus on epistemic question whether recognition reflection might lead greater tolerance. major thrust this idea that any genuine person about her peers adhering other religions will weaken person’s justificatory basis for believing own beliefs are better warranted than peers.
